MUS 261: Orchestra

Prerequisite: Being able to play an instrument.

The Principia College Orchestra meets every Monday and Wednesday from 1 to 1:50 PM in Davis Music Hall.

Traditionally each fall the choir and orchestra join forces to perform a great masterpiece. This fall we will perform Mozart’s great Requiem, one of the most famous choral works of all time, as featured in the classic film, Amadeus.

The Principia College Orchestra welcomes all members of the community to come together for an enjoyable way to spend two lunch periods making music together.

If you need an instrument, the Music Department is happy to provide one for you!
