Lectures, modified dance technique classes, videos and discussions will all be a part of the course work.

Grade determined by:

Class participation, journal work and final performances will all determine the final grade.

Attendance policy:

Attendance is expected at all class sessions.  Every student is expected to be present and on time.  After two unexcused absences you will receive a warning letter. If you have a third unexcused absence you will be dropped from the class and receive a failing grade.

Comments:

This course is open to all. There is a dance component to this class but it is not a dance class. Dance technique (as well as many other techniques) will be used to strengthen and free the student to be more expressive on stage and in their acting work.
