I am thrilled to have the opportunity to travel and study abroad in China! I know this will be an experience that not only challenges my thoughts and paradigms, but will also aid me in my complete development of self-growth and independence. I am excited to study my topic of interest in order to see what kind of value the Chinese put on their children. I feel that by doing this I will be better able to conclude why there has been an increase in the amount of children living without families.
I sing in a pretty wild band- Madonna is part of my gang, and I wail to the song, "Like A Prayer" at the top of my
lungs! I feel so much better if I can put on my red lipstick and a fancy dress before I sing, but as long as I have my brush I will be set to go! You are not what you seem!:)
I make the best chocolate milk in the world, and always carry chapstick in my pocket! I am also the King of Dr. Mario! Sometimes I am King of Darts, but I am never the King of Checkers! I am always patient and loving, and my heart is boundless.
I once threw pancakes up in the fan just so we could all watch what happened! I make the best omelets in the world and am deeply committed to my family. When I get choked up, I swallow several times and nod my head . . . then I am free to let the tears flow. I am the best!
I have lived under the alias name, Moonturd, for several years now. I am funny and sincere, beautiful and strong!
I love sweets while she loves salts- My glass is empty while hers is still full- but that is what makes us a duo!
I have been everywhere with her!
I may not know how to work the VCR, computer, or CD player, but I can when I am at school!:) Children grace my everyday, and I am the best at what I do! I love to hug, and laugh, and love . . .especially my family! I am the most happy and free when I climb in bed at night and can do something for myself. I always brings mints or gum to church (member the frog man?)
I may be shy, but there is a wealth of riches beneath my surface. I used to eat Daddy Long Legs and like the color brown.:) Now I thrive on the lushness of green and the brilliance of open air, storms, lakes, and walks, and time with my family and dog.
I am known to someone very dear to me as Beavis- but really it's just Beev. I carry the dream of becoming everything I can, and living up to my greatest potential. "With God, all things are possible!" I think the World is pretty Dynamic and has a plethora of riches to offer us all.
To my family: I want to thank my mom, dad, sister, and Jeff for helping me grow wings in a very short amount of time, for I will miss them tremendously, but will know that they are constantly sup- porting and loving me. I will be loving you each and every day Mom, Dad, Traci, and Jeff! Take care of Cuddles for me! "Somewhere out there, beneath the pale moonlight, someone is thinking of you, and loving you tonite." To my friends: I have been so grateful for your support and encouragement as I pursued the idea to go to China! I know I will miss your listening ears, loving arms, and welcoming hearts. I also know that I will be taking you with me in everything that I do, for you and my family have helped shape me into the person I am today! Have a fun filled 10 weeks! I am sure that you will all be learning many new things too! I love you all! :)
