Research Paper: How Is Culture Being Passed on to the Children of China?

Book Report: A Family's Conflict

As a graduating senior, with a Sociology major and a Psychology minor, I will be spending my last 10 weeks of college in China and Mongolia. I am really looking forward to seeing Mainland China and graduating having studied Chinese. Hopefully I will be able to use it in future career pursuits.

My paper topic for the capstone:
I will be writing while overseas about family and the passing on of culture. Family has shaped who I am and I'm grateful for all the love and support they give me.

My friends are also family to me. I wish I could bring everyone something back from China, but with the limited luggage space it might just end up being me and some great stories and pictures.

I think life is all about experiences, and I want them all. What we choose to do with our experiences shapes us; memories last forever and those kinds of souvenirs can be taken with you everywhere.
