We visited the #1 school in Ulaanbaatar. The school we visited may not have been the most modern building, but it was immaculate and the students were engaged (asked great questions). One classroom of about 28 middle school students was working quietly without their teacher who arrived with us. No matter where we were the kids were friendly and wanted to talk to us.
