Bonjour! I'm Alice and I am in Venezuela to learn a new culture and become fluent in Spanish (hopefully). I'm a junior and my major is Spanish. I love to learn about people from different countries and I am very excited about this abroad. So far I think this country is very beautiful and I can't wait to be with my family in Merida for seven weeks. The colors of the landscape, the smell of the flowers, and the noises of various insects and animals have already made an indelible impression. This is a poor country but lively in a musical way.
