Anna Carr began teaching at
Principia
College in 2005, after completing her master’s degree in collaborative piano (accompanying) in
Boston, where she also studied solo piano, harpsichord, and voice. She served as a member, soloist, and substitute accompanist for the Tanglewood Festival Choir and participated in many recitals in the
Boston area, as well as coaching singers and teaching piano and voice lessons.
She is currently a member and soloist of the St Louis Symphony Chorus. In 2005 she won the Artist Presentation Society Competition, and in 2006 she won the Southern Illinois Young Artist Competition, both in voice.
