Steve Shedd joined the Principia College faculty in 1996 after 22 years in the computer field. His experience includes six years as the president of a computer training and consulting company where he conducted five-day classes in scores of cities throughout the United States and Canada covering subjects such as programming, database design, and system administration. He also provided long-term consulting services for businesses in a variety of industries. Prior to this, he spent four years as vice president of MIS for a mortgage bank and six years as director of MIS for a large land development company. He has also been a consultant to the state of Rhode Island and an assistant professor of computer science at Rhode Island College in Providence. Steve is an avid photographer and does aerial photography and commercial work for product brochures.
