Quick Run – both feet in each hole                                 

Lateral Run – same thing sideways

Run Out – quick run w/ 10 yard sprint     

Run In – 10 yard sprint into quick run      

 

Shuffles

2 In-2 Out

Prime Time - lateral – hokie pokie

Icky Shuffles – vertical

 

Agility Skips                                        

Toe Over Knee – high knee with a skip, touch each hole   

Quick Skip – same but w/o high knees

Skip & Kick/Miss a Box – ABC drill

Butterfly – out & up, then in w/ both feet – hop scotch

Side Skip – ½ karaoke, leg only crosses over in front

Waddle Skip – ¼ turns, keeping shoulder square

Karaoke Skip – lateral, leg crosses over in front then in back

 

Jumps

2 Foot Jump

1 Foot Jump – switch feet ½ way

Side Jump/2 Feet

Side Hop/1 Foot

Slalom – 1 foot out and 1 foot in
