These newly elected Trustees will take office at the November meeting. Please join us in welcoming these new Board members to our campuses.
After serving faithfully and joyfully as a member of the Board of Trustees since 1989, Margaret Foerster has announced her retirement from the Board. Maggi brought to the Board a deep commitment to assessing issues from a metaphysical as well as educational perspective and a compassionate, caring approach. Please join us in thanking Maggi – and her husband Cliff – for their unselfish, wholehearted commitment to Principia.
As announced in our July 16 communication to the community, the Trustees have concluded that the CEO should not serve as a member of the Board. Therefore, Stuart Jenkins will be leaving the Board in November. Katharine Bullock, Michael Sharples, and Tuck Spaulding will also be rotating off the Board after the November meeting.
The Board is grateful for the community’s input to this process through the submission of names for prospective Trustees. We extend an open invitation to continue participating in this way. You may submit suggested names for nomination to the Board through the Trustee website nomination form.
