Holly Huff Bruland is the Varsity Field Hockey coach at East Chapel Hill High. Her 2001 team won the North Carolina Public School Conference Championships, and she was named conference Coach of the Year. From 1996-2000, she played forward for the University of North Carolina and was a 2-time NCAA Champion. She has been a head coach at UNC's field hockey camp and currently serves as Program Director for Duke's 2002 field hockey camp. Outside of coaching, she is working towards a Master's Degree in English. She is married to Greg Bruland.

Meredith White is the Varsity Field Hockey coach at Jordan High. From 1997-2000, she played sweeper for Appalachian State and was an All-Conference selection in 2000. She was a member of two high school field hockey state championship teams at Durham Academy and a league All-Star.

Toby Askew is a certified personal fitness trainer through the American Council on Exercise. She serves as our athletic trainer and has helped with the Phillips Middle School field hockey program for the past two years.
